New Year, New Projects

"Trust that still, small voice that says, 'This might work, and I'll try it.'" --Diane Mariechild

Looking ahead to new writing projects, continued exploration of storytelling and poetry, and trying my hand at importing text to images--thanks to canva.com, a new playground for me.

What will be your creativity playground of choice this year?

  1. Well, I'm working on the 2nd mystery set in Portugal. But I'm also focusing more and more on poetry. I'm working on a 2nd chapbook, this one about Galicia, the place in Spain we love so much.

    1. Happy to hear about your projects, Elizabeth. What fun--a mystery and another poetry chapbook, wow! Thanks for sharing. And your first poetry chapbook is scheduled to be released here soon, isn't it? Looking forward to reading it :-)

  2. Hi Kenda! Just realized I hadn't checked in for a while. Sounds like you're busy trying out new things! I've just finished a manuscript and am in the query stage - always seems so hard. Hope your new year goes well!

    1. Hey, Peggy--great to hear from you and to know you've got another book in the works. Yay! Best wishes to you as you send out those queries. May they generate lots of interest and requests to see more :-) And, yes, trying my hand at a few new things, but haven't given up the writing bug; just exploring different angles this year. We'll see where it all goes. Thanks for coming by. Always good to "see" you :-)
