Perhaps I need to post that in my office!Karen Langehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18177923284595298347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134040229227913313.post-54407375438054821392013-03-29T11:02:08.069-04:002013-03-29T11:02:08.069-04:00Hmm... I have a plot in my head that really WANTS to get onto paper - just haven't figured out exactly how to get it there. In the meantime, I'm reworking "finished" projects that really aren't, going to SCBWI meetings, and reading, reading, reading. Oh, yeah - and struggling with query letters. :)Peggy Harkinshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15606792382935763886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134040229227913313.post-70097609231698919472013-03-25T12:22:09.760-04:002013-03-25T12:22:09.760-04:00Ohhh, I like this thought. Thanks for this, because truly, I have to re-launch each time I sit down to work on my new thing.Barbara Watsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06547166495514562286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134040229227913313.post-25753064446667736662013-03-25T11:27:14.350-04:002013-03-25T11:27:14.350-04:00I read this post several days ago, when it first w...I read this post several days ago, when it first went up. But your questions are really hard for me to answer. I think it's true that for writers, we could spend our lives at a keyboard, typing the words in our heads. We'd have many interesting things to say. When I read others' blog posts, I am awed by the things people ponder, and then put to paper the conclusions they've come to.

But if you're talking about working on a particular project, I'm out of the stream, and getting antsy to get back into it. I need thoughts about a new story to fill my brain, and trickle down into my fingers. The ideas are there; just haven't had time to pursue.Cathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16900383840255608898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134040229227913313.post-19545504790715027322013-03-24T10:36:00.358-04:002013-03-24T10:36:00.358-04:00Love that quote! Of course I add new things here and there, but I find myself looking forward to discovering a new story.Jesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14121018905141253640noreply@blogger.com
